EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

FOUNDER | VICE PRESIDENT

VALLERY ST- PHARD

I am the founder and Vice president of ZOiË VIE Ministry as it was entrusted to me by my father in heaven through fasting and prayer; to steward, lead, serve, and care for those who have been heartbroken and lost.

I am a multi-faceted creative, driven entrepreneur, a detail-oriented and versatile leader with experience in management. I have become exceedingly skilled at developing relationships with a diverse range of clients through my management experience.

I graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in Psychology, and I later chose to pursue a career as a fashion designer and stylist.

I am passionate about helping people discover their best selves and empowering them to become the best version of themselves. This has not changed in my shift to ministry.

With compassion, humility, and love, I look to fulfill my purpose in the kingdom as my steps have been pre-ordered by my creator to be who He’s called me to be; and by contributing to his harvest by touching and impacting the lives of those we’re called to serve in this ministry.

CO-FOUNDER | PRESIDENT

SINISE ST- PHARD

I am the president and co-founder of ZOiË VIE Ministry.

For eight years, I worked as a technician and lead technician at a local CVS, during which time my interpersonal skills improved dramatically.

As a leader, I've learned to lead my team with compassion and serve in a variety of ways that benefit them. Now that God has called me to serve at ZOiE VIE Ministry, I know that my steps have been carefully planned and that all I have learned in prior seasons has been purposefully organized by God.

BOARD MEMBERS

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER |
BOARD MEMBER

ROBERTA ROCH

I have the immense honor of serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ZOiË VIE. This incredible organization is so dear to my heart because of our shared mission to extend God's love by serving the homeless and those in need in our communities.

My true motivation stems from a deep-rooted belief in serving others and being a faithful steward of God's blessings. The Bible reminds us in Matthew 25:35-36, "For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me." It is with this spirit of service and compassion that I use my talents to serve the Lord by serving our brothers and sisters in need.

I am truly humbled and grateful to be part of an organization that actively lives out its faith by serving the most vulnerable among us. It is a privilege to contribute my skills and expertise to Zoie Vie's mission, and I remain steadfast in my commitment to extending God's boundless love to our communities.

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST | DONOR RELATIONS MANAGER | BOARD MEMBER

ROBERTO JOSEPH

I am the Senior Financial Analyst at ZOiË VIE Ministry. I have a true passion for helping those in need, which is one of the many things that led me to join this team. In addition to my ministry role in finance, I am an entrepreneur who as an accountant, runs a tax office. Furthermore, the same passion within myself that led me to this ministry, led me to share my expertise as a Math and Physical Science teacher. I firmly believe that my diverse skill set and dedication to making a difference in people's lives make me a valuable asset in both the financial and educational fields of ZOiË VIE Ministry.

COMMUNITY/OUTREACH DIRECTOR | BOARD MEMBER

OLIVIA MENDIOLA

I am the ZOiË VIE Ministry Outreach Director. Every experience that God has faced me with throughout my life, has equipped me to serve as a part this divine ministry; even long before He revealed Himself to me. I am currently utilizing my Early Childhood Degree as a second-year SC First Steps 4K Lead Teacher. My revelation to serve as a part of this ministry came from Ezekiel 34 which says in verse two, “Woe to the shepherds who feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks?” The scripture goes on to list all the ways that the lost sheep needed a shepherd, and then in verse five, “So they were scattered because there was no shepherd; and they became food for all the beasts of the field...” The conviction of the Lord immediately fell upon me. I am grateful that He presented to me an opportunity to serve through ZOiË VIE Ministry, and as a commitment to the community, I will continue to pursue Him as my own firm foundation.

LOGISTIC OPERATIONS | VOLUNTEER MANAGER

EFREN MENDIOLA

I am the ZOiË VIE Ministry logistic operations and volunteer manager. As a young man in the work force, I have accumulated 6 years of experience in the environment of logistics. I have carefully observed what makes a plant function and found this to be very critical. To supplement my attentiveness to function, I have also studied what my past and present managers have had to assess to ensure the company is thriving, profiting, and remaining in good health for everyone. My experience as a former trainer in the training and development department at PAC Worldwide, helped to create a foundation in communicating with hands on team members, and sparked a passion within me for communication and expressing empathy on individuals as a crucial aspect of overseeing training. This is relevant both in my ministry role, but also on the mission field. No longer is my life only about me, but what I can do for others through Christ.
